1. 動詞文
昨日は電気をつけたまま寝てしまった。
I accidentally fell asleep with the lights on yesterday.
どうぞ、靴を履いたままでお上がりください。
Please come in with your shoes on.
友達に本を借りたまま、まだ返していません。
I borrowed a book from a friend and haven't returned it yet.
見て、ジョンさん、目を開けたまま寝てる。

2. い形容詞文
この靴は買ってから一度も履いていないので、新しいままだ。

「〜たまま」と「〜ながら」の違い
「Vたまま」は瞬間動詞と一緒に使われる。
（例）立ったまま、食べる。 / 死んだまま、動かない。/ 電気をつけたまま、寝る。
